Since 1997, Stan Watson has utilized this platform to connect elected and appointed officials, public safety representatives, county, state, and federal services as well as public utilities and Non-profits with resources, for the community. There is never a chore to attend the breakfast. Mr. Watson’s purpose is to educate, inform and inspire the community, and create opportunities to work together for change. Roberts Rules of Order are strictly enforced by the DeKalb Legislative Community Cabinet to provide an example of proper decorum to the citizens that they serve.
